Teaching, Transmission and Practice

Medicine Buddha Practice is not only a very powerful method for healing and increasing healing powers both for oneself and others, but also for overcoming the inner sickness of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, thus to meditate on the Medicine Buddha can help decrease physical and mental illness and suffering.

An introduction to Medicine Buddha practice will be followed by the oral transmission of the Mantra and text, followed by a guided meditation on the practice.

8th Australian Kagyu Monlam

The Kagyu Monlam is an auspicious Buddhist Prayer Festival which celebrates the interconnectedness of all sentient beings in our world. 100 Peaceful & Wrathful Deities Practice/Puja

100 Peaceful and Wrathful Deities practice is a rare teaching from the Treasure Cycle of Karma Lingpa — The profound dharma of the natural liberation through contemplating the Peaceful and Wrathful deities during the completion instructions on the six bardos.

The 2 days long practice will be guided by His Eminence Dukung Gyaltsen Rinpoche. Texts and meditation cushions will be provided for all participants. Once again, our sister organisation will be holding their yearly Mahamudra retreat in Molong NSW with Rinpoche-la. Booking is now open to participants wishing to attend the week long retreat.
